1) 摩托車及輕型汽車必須年滿18歲 Age 18 for Motorcycle & Light Vehicle 2) 重型汽車必須年滿21歲 Age 21 for Heavy Truck 3) 澳門身份證正本或合法逗留澳門之文件 Identification documents in original
4) 居住地址 (可參考水費/電費/電話費單) Full Address 5) 壹吋半白底彩色近照六張 (申請每項考試) Recent photo 1-1/2″ 6 pcs for each category 6) 已領有駕駛執照者, 請帶同駕駛執照正本/特別駕駛許可證正本 Driving License / Special Permit in original | 溫 馨 提 示: 申請特別駕駛許可證考試，請帶同已持有其他國家有效之駕駛執照（同等於本澳門駕駛執照之類別），方可接受申請並且，所有相關證明文件必須符合入稟要求。 註: 詳情請親臨學校咨詢
