》考牌福利保障費$100學員參加實習駕駛考試後請予繳交。
Assonciation Welfare / Insurance Charge $100-for students who attend the road driving exam.
》各項實習駕駛每課50分鐘。
Each road drving lesson fifty (50) minutes.
》缺席請假提前24小時通知，否則需繳福該課時之學費。
24 hours of prior notice in case of absence of appointed lessons,otherwise you have to pay the lesson fees as usual.
》學費需上期繳付。
